The practice was founded in June 1991 by its Principal Alan Simpson. It moved to its current premises at Mill Court in 1996 and the property has a car park for the use of clients when visiting the practice. It has been the aim of the practice since the beginning to provide its clients with a five star service in a fast and efficient manner. All legal work is undertaken by qualified solicitors who make regular personal contact with the clients so that they are kept informed of the progress of their case. The support staff have been selected for their friendliness and understanding coupled with sound legal experience.

The practice has invested in the latest technology but still provides an excellent old fashioned personal relationship with all of its clients. Since the beginning the practice has opened on Saturday mornings in order to assist clients who are unable to visit the offices during the working week due to other commitments. Client retention is very important and we hope to retain clients and their families throughout their lives. We work to achieve this by the safe storage of Deeds, Wills and other personal documents.
