Singer Equipment has been serving the foodservice industry for over 90 years. Our growth and reputation have been built on customer trust and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any products you receive from us, contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of receipt and follow our merchandise return procedure. Unless an item is defective, the return must be in resalable condition and subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Custom manufactured, special orders and used items are not returnable.

I called Karl one afternoon with a concern that had been raised from our residents visiting our Cypress Cafe operation who had been having trouble carrying the plates that we were using. They were extremely heavy and not easily managed. I asked Karl to help me with some options that would be available. Karl very quickly gave me the name of two manufacturers and their web addresses so that I could at least start looking at available products. Two days later, I received catalogs in the mail for each manufacturer.

Singer's test kitchen, located in our Philadelphia facility, serves a variety of purposes for our customers. You may try new equipment before you buy it, compare pieces from different manufacturers, train staff on a new piece, or interview chefs and have them demonstrate their capabilities. Whatever you have in mind, we'll arrange for the necessary equipment and personnel to accommodate your needs.
