SiteWorks LLC is a woman owned and operated Construction Management & Landscape Architecture firm founded in 2005. The firm offers construction management and administration services, and is WBE certified by the City of New York and New York State. SiteWorks was formed after recognizing the need for construction site services that encompass both site and landscape implementation expertise. Expertise in site related issues include design, utilities, pavement, planting soils and planting design. As part of the Construction Management Team, SiteWorks’ services begin with the design phase and construction documentation, and continue into construction and post-construction evaluation. Working closely with the designer, SiteWorks provides a “second set of knowledgeable eyes” to ensure the designer’s vision and owner’s intent is realized. With our design background and implementation knowledge, SiteWorks ensures that a finished project is well-built and respectful of the design intent while offering time and/or financial savings. As the Landscape Architect, SiteWorks provides a keen sense of design with an added dimension of construction implementation knowledge. Our experience in urban issues and design lead to well thought out construction documentation allowing for the realization of the design intent. Our work has won several awards for streetscape and park designs.
