Equipment: Signatory acknowledges that he/she/company is responsible for the condition of equipment owned and provided to them by SKYNET360, the only exception being where unforeseen acts of weather cause damage to equipment that could not have been reasonably avoided by signatory. Any equipment that is damaged or broken will be charged to signatories account. All equipment is to be returned at the time of cancellation. Signatory will be charged for any equipment which is not returned to SKYNET360. Signatory acknowledges the right of removal by SKYNET360 LLC. By signature on account contract the signatories grants SKYNET360 any necessary access to the premises at which equipment is being housed. Reasonable efforts will be made by SKYNET360 to schedule equipment removal so that the signatory can be present on the premises. If reasonable arrangements cannot be made Signatory acknowledges the right of SKYNET360 to enter the premises without Signatory present and collect all equipment which is the property of SKYNET360.
