ABOUT SKYLINE TECHNICAL SYSTEMS MICHAEL DAVID OWEN Mechanical Engineer During his twenty years of experience in the design and implementation of HVAC facilities for commercial, industrial, government, and medical facility clients, Dave has gained both breadth and depth of experience in design of mechanical systems, ranging from simple office air conditioning systems to some of the most complex medical and laboratory facilities in the world.
