Skyline employees are a proud and dedicated group whose goal is to provide the best home for your hard-earned money. The production staff at each location has extensive experience in the home building trades. In fact, many of our production team members have been with Skyline over 20 years. With an average length of service being approximately 10 years at Skyline, you can rest assured that your home is built by professionals.

The responses from Skyline homeowners are translated into a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The Customer Satisfaction Index is compiled by an independent nationally recognized industry leader in tracking customer satisfaction. The CSI score enables Skyline to monitor if the customer's expectations have been met. To date, the results have been extremely useful. The CSI score has enabled Skyline to continually improve customer satisfaction, even in today's competitive, quality-oriented market. This effort has resulted in improved homes for our customers.

From its inception, 21st Mortgage has had a goal to provide the best customer service in the industry. We now work with major retail organizations like American Homestar (Texas and Louisiana), Nobility (Florida), Solitaire Homes (Texas and Oklahoma), and other retailers not owned by Clayton Homes. Keeping service uppermost in mind, and with the financial backing of Berkshire Hathaway, 21st Mortgage now ranks as the largest provider of financing for manufactured home buyers.
