About Us The professionals at Sleep Insights share a healthcare philosophy that emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach to wellness. Effective treatment of sleep problems is best accomplished by a combination of different therapies in addition to an increase of the priority of sleep among the other daily activities. Our staff is dedicated to client comfort, committed to the long-term success of treatment, and attentive to communicating with our patients and their referring healthcare providers. Currently, we operate a network of 4 sleep centers representing 16 sleep beds. Sleep Insights offers a comprehensive sleep care approach, including consultative services, diagnostic testing performed in the laboratory or at home, and therapeutic equipment services. The company was founded in 2005 by Dr. Kenneth E. Plotkin, a board certified sleep specialist and neurologist, and Scott Blodgett, R.EEG T., RPSGT, as operations manager. In 2006 the company reorganized and solidified a partnership with Dr. Plotkin to include Jeffrey O. Dann, CPA, FACMPE, a Buffalo-based medical practice executive as President, and Scott Blodgett, as Chief Operating Officer.
