Mattress Warranty - There should be a warranty card that arrives with the packaging of your new mattress or on the side of the mattress. Please take the time to read through the warranty. It may have additional mattress care instructions for the specific model. Your mattress warranty is a commitment by the manufacturer that it will retain a certain level of integrity and not wear past standard industry measureables. If you feel your mattress is wearing too much, looks lumpy or looks like it's bowing we can help by facilitating a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Your new purchase comes with a manufacturer's limited warranty; any defects must fall within the time frame and guidelines of the manufacturer's warranty. The SleepZone will assist all customers in exercising the manufactuer's limited warranty. A copy of the sales receipt is required for all warranties.
