Monica is the most recent addition to the Sloane Realty team. A Summerville native and Clemson Graduate, she has a solid background in construction materials which she developed while growing up and working with her family's sand mining business. After graduating college, Monica gained experience in facilities maintenance and communication as a hotel executive housekeeper. In 2012, Monica obtained her SC Real Estate License, became a LEED Green Professional, and transitioned into a career in Property Management. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, kayaking on the Edisto River, and salsa dancing.
