Principals Stephen A. Slone Steve Slone, founder and Principal of the company, has more than 17 years in developing and managing employee benefit programs. He is expert in the area of health care benefit designs. He works with companies with FASB-106 issues and developing solutions and benefit programs for retirees. Steve, also works with companies interested in long term care insurance programs for their employees. Slone Carl Slone, joined Steve as a Principal in 1998. Carl has over 20 years of experience in developing employee benefits programs. He spent 20 years with Trigon Blue Cross Blue Shield. When he retired in 1998, he was Senior Vice-President of Sales. Carl works with large employers of health care benefit design, developing employee benefit programs and senior employee issues. Carl received his B.A. degree from University of Richmond in 1960.
