Small Business Technologies (SBT) is dedicated to serving the needs of your Small Business with affordable and reliable service. Small Business Technologies is a member of the Business Technology Hub in Wadsworth.

Today, Structure Personnel is a full-service staffing firm providing temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, executive recruiting, and payroll services. With continuous growth in the past four years, Structure Personnel has undergone several positive changes to keep up with their success. In July of 2003, they moved to a new office located at 1219 High Street (Route 94) in Wadsworth. This provided much needed additional space for new staff and a conference room for clients to interview potential employees.

Zach Pertee became a member of the Small Business Technology team in August of 2011. He comes to SBT with experience in virus removal, client software installation, network troubleshooting, solving printer issues, WiFi design, installation, troubleshooting and banking software application support. These are areas Zach focuses on with SBT customers. Zach is currently a senior at Liberty University where he is pursuing a career in Management Information Systems.

Joy Wozny and Barb Truman worked for large recruiting companies for a combined work experience of over 35 years. Disenchanted with the heavy emphasis of “meeting the numbers” that they had experienced, they decided to open their own recruiting business. Their core values would be honesty and integrity. Their goal would be to provide the best fit, both for the company seeking additional staff and for those seeking employment. They would focus on learning the personalities of their companies and understanding their business needs and expectations.

Productivity: Productivity consists of the hardware and software technologies that make your business run. This could be your Android phone, wireless access point, accounting software, server, hosted email provider, and anything in between. The under lying theme is that all of these systems need to work together reliably and efficiently to keep you productive.
