SmartLegalForms, Inc. (formerly Epoq, US ), was founded by Attorney Richard Granat in 1998 to provide affordable legal solutions to consumers and small businesses over the Internet. Since 1998, we have created and managed over 30 legal-specific Web sites that serve consumers and small business directly by offering automated legal forms and free legal information.

We utilize the same level of protection and security used by banks and required by our national insurance company clients. Through our secure, state-of-the-art hosting facilities, our clients receive the highest data protection commercially available.

Pam manages all online advertising campaigns for our retail operations; coordinates the marketing and lead management of our DirectLaw Virtual Law Firm Platform, and SmartLegalForms Services. Pam has over 17 years of combined experience in human resources management, sales/marketing, and managing client service operations.

When a customer has completed an online questionnaire, (s)he simply presses a “submit” button to send it to your company. Your customer doesn’t realize that a complete document has been created, ready for your review. You are alerted via e-mail and the document draft is ready for review on your Dashboard. You can then securely access the first draft online, review it as required and, once you have approved it, inform your customer.
