As required by HIPAA, we have prepared this explanation of how we are required to maintain the privacy of your IIHI information and how we may disclose your IIHI information. The terms of this notice apply to all records containing your IIHI that are created or retained by our practice. We reserve the right to revise or amend this Notice of Privacy Practices. Any revision or amendment to this notice will be effective for all of your records that our practice has created or maintained in the past, and for any of your records that we may create or maintain in the future.

The Smile Magic team specializes in treating children and their families and is dedicated to providing you with the royal treatment. We take great pride in our knowledge, experience and state-of-the-art dentistry. At Smile Magic, we are a family and we consider it an honor to serve yours.

Smile Magic is a regular sponsor of community events that serve families in need of dental health education. For example, Smile Magic recently sponsored Lewisville’s Annual Back to School Health Fair, donating $10,000 to provide school supplies for underserved Lewisville children.
