He has more than 25 years of experience as a claims adjuster handling claims and complaints on behalf of insurance companies as well as many coal mining and road construction organizations. David regularly attends symposiums concerning blasting laws and regulations in order to provide the most up-to-date evaluations on behalf of his clients. David and his wife, Denise and daughter, Allix reside in Boyd County, Kentucky. Education background: Marshall University graduate Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Licensed General Claims Adjuster/AIC,Member Bluegrass claims association and International Society of Explosive Engineers.
