We collaborate with you on all documents, including the Initial Screening Questions, Essay Questions, Telephone Interview Questions and Reference Check Questions. No document or information is shared without your review and approval.

To insure that we are on target and on budget, we provide an in-depth project review at specified milestones in the search. We review prospective candidates, and discuss appropriate next steps. We also discuss our progress, and give you the opportunity to express your satisfaction, or dissatisfaction, with our search. If at any time, or for any reason, you need or want to terminate or suspend the search, you can do so without penalty.
