Brian has been a Central Florida resident since 1985. He is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society. Brian has extensive experience in the sales and leasing of residential and all types of commercial properties: professional office/medical, industrial, retail, and investment properties. He is a graduate of Webster University (B.S. Accounting) and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Brian has proudly served on the local Board of Directors for BankFIRST Sanford since 2007. Brian enjoys participating in endurance events and spending time with his wife and two children.

Scot specializes in the sale, purchase, or rental of residential properties throughout the entire Central Florida area. He has over 30 years of experience in customer service stemming from an extensive career in the restaurant and hotel industry. Scot likes to embrace the Florida lifestyle by enjoying several outdoor activities such as golf, mountain biking, fishing, and spending time at the beach with his wife Natalie.
