The Snohomish County Job Fair was created to provide Snohomish County with consistent, quality employment and employment training events to meet the needs of both employers and potential employees. The job fair began on August 1997 at Mariner High School with two sponsors, and evolved to feature 6 sponsoring agencies, including The Daily Herald, Everett Community College, Worksource of Snohomish County, Snohomish County Human Resources Association, Pioneer Human Services, and Washington Army National Guard.
