Bogdan Pytlik is responsible for architecting and managing Softlinx' development group in Europe. With over twenty years of experience in networking systems, telecommunication solutions and software systems development, he has been a key contributor to award-winning ReplixFax Fax over IP server software. Prior to joining Softlinx, Mr. Pytlik worked for Wang Laboratories and a few startup companies as a software development manager in the U.S. before he moved to Poland to lead an outsourced development team. Mr.

The company's award-winning ReplixFax fax server and software solutions have been deployed by the world's leading companies to reduce fax communication costs, improve productivity and enhance customer satisfaction.

With over eighteen years of experience in software development and project management, Seth Hillman is responsible for guiding all product engineering activities at Softlinx. Prior to joining Softlinx, Mr. Hillman was Director of Development at Anacomp's software development group where he launched SaaS-based document management solutions for large corporate users. Prior to Anacomp, Mr. Hillman worked for Adesso Software, TASC and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Hillman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
