Software Engineering Services (SES) is an SEI Partner and a leading CMMI service provider in the mid-west area. We provide our customers a full range of products and services that are developed based on our experience in the CMMI arena. SES offers its customers CMMI consultants who are SEI trained and have significant experience. SES is proud to share that we have two SEI Authorized CMMI SCAMPI Lead Appraisers on staff including one for High Maturity. We strongly believe that our approach to CMMI is well defined to meet quality as well as business objectives of our clients.

While assignments at SES are challenging, there is always help available. We provide skill enhancement and assignment-specific training, combined with a network of experienced mentors to keep you on top.

A CMMI process appraisal is an objective evaluation of an organization's software or systems development capability. SES has Software Engineering Institute (SEI) authorized staff to perform SCAMPI A, B, and C Appraisals for CMMI ® . Our consultants are among the most experienced Lead Appraisers and have been providing SEI appraisal services for long time. As an SEI Partner, we offer a full range of process appraisal services - from formal benchmark appraisals to brief, informal assessments - and are certified by the SEI to conduct SCAMPI High Maturity Appraisals (Maturity Levels 4 & 5).

We provide our process-trak customers consulting and customization services as we understand that each organization is unique and our out-of-the-box solution might not fit as-is.
