Nisha has more than 20 years of management experience in publicly held and venture capital-backed global IT and BPO industries. Her expertise includes raising capital, debt financing, merger and acquisitions. Nisha has extensive international experience in the US, UK and Asia, and in BPO and software development outsourcing. She has held board positions at iCelerate Technologies Inc., Omni Pros Ltd and Mega Renaissance Inc. Nisha co-founded iCelerate Inc., a venture-backed company that provides technology-based business solutions to Fortune 1000 firms. The company raised $12 million to fund the growth of the business. The firm grew profitably and was successfully merged with e4e, a Silicon Valley-based business services outsourcing company. Nisha served as the CFO of ICIM International Inc., a Fujitsu joint venture and now publicly traded as Zensar Technologies. During this period the company grew to $30 million and provided offshore services in a global engagement and delivery model to customers such as Cisco Systems, Sprint, British Gas, Fujitsu and Bank of America. Nisha began her career with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

Hector has over 20 years experience in the software development industry, both globally and in Mexico, encompassing a deep knowledge of telecom and banking industries. Mr. Teran graduated from Monterrey Tec. He also completed a master’s degree at the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City and taught Language Theory, Discrete Mathematics, and Compilers. Hector has extensive experience working with U.S. based software development teams and spent significant time in Dallas and Oklahoma. Early in his career, Hector was one of the founders of a software development company called Programas Ingenieria y Computadores, which he helped grow from inception to over $2 million in annual revenues. During the past eight years, Mr. Teran served as a senior software development manager for Sigma Tao Software, one of the leading software development companies in Mexico. He successfully managed a variety of projects, mainly focused on telecom network management. He also played a leading role in establishing best processes and software development practices that allowed Sigma Tao to attain the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute CMMI level 5. Mr.

Daniel has broad experience with over 12 years of experience in both Mexican and US IT companies and a deep understanding of data warehousing and data analytical solutions. A significant portion of Daniel’s career has involved nearshore assignments from Mexico for US-based companies. Prior to Software Next Door, he worked as a senior technical marketing manager at Yahoo!, where he carried out analysis for optimizing acquisition and retention media campaigns. He also spearheaded the development of a centralized marketing data mart for global Yahoo! marketing performance across all media channels. As a consultant, Daniel helped design and develop analytical decision support systems for Gap, Visa and other companies to identify trends in client purchasing patterns, measure the impact of customer loyalty programs on consumer spending and determine the cost-effectiveness of web-based promotional campaigns in attracting and retaining customers. Daniel also worked at Hotwire, Personify, Anubis and Electronic Data Systems. He has a B.S. from the Monterrey Tec and has an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School.

Richard Wellner, Jr. has over 25 years of experience in software development and consulting with a consistent focus on bringing new approaches to efficient use of resources and large scale computational solutions to business and scientific problems. He brings to Software Next Door well over a decade of experience in cloud computing and related research. Mr. Wellner is responsible for all phases of cloud computing projects at Software Next Door including initial client engagement, architecture and design of cloud projects and delivery of the required software.

Jesus has over 25 years experience in software development as a software engineer, as a software manager, and as a senior executive. He is experienced with both the Mexican and U.S. software industries and his resume and accomplishments place him among the top players in Mexico’s software industry. Jesus holds a B.S. in Physics and a M.S. in Computer Science from UNAM. He graduated with the highest honors, obtaining the Gabino Barreda medal for academic excellence. More recently, he was founder and CEO of Sigma Tao, a software services company located in Queretaro, Mexico. Under his leadership, the company grew to 600 employees, $30 million in revenue and achieved the Capability Maturity Model Integrated CMMI level 5, from Carnegie Mellon’s Software Engineering Institute. Jesus was also CEO for Eidon Software, a Carlos Slim software company, with over 1,500 software engineers and $100 million revenue. He has held senior level positions at Syndetic Technology, CNIC, SHL SystemHouse and Telmex. Mr. Casillas is currently launching a business startup offering SAAS applications to provide e-Commerce solutions for small businesses in Mexico and Latin America.
