Founder and CEO of Software Quality Leaders Incorporated brings with her almost twenty years of experience in the Information Technology Consulting Industry. She started her career in India with Brilliant Computers ltd and was a part of their training division. Subsequently having moved on to other companies gaining valuable experience, she started SoftQL in September 2001 in Santa Clara, CA.She holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Masters in Business Administration. She strongly believes in people and the strength they bring on board as clients and employees. As a company philosophy she encourages associates to give primary importance to people, be it their own colleagues or clients. It is all about people at SoftQL. It is this philosophy that keeps her and SoftQL going. Founder and director of Software Quality Leaders Inc brings with him almost twenty years of experience in the Information Technology Consulting Industry. Shortly after SoftQL was eshtablished, Amar was able to lead the company’s growth endeavors by establishing relationships with some of the most renowned companies in and around the bay area. Prior to founding SoftQL, Amar helped his former company-SQL Star International grow multi fold by managing multimillion dollar accounts and grew them to substantial numbers in a short period of time. He brings to the table, a wealth of experience in Marketing and new product ideas for the company. He is responsible for sales and new initiatives which would lead SoftQL closer to its vision. He has been recently entrusted with the responsibility to develop two new practice areas for SoftQL - Mobile application development and Product Lifecycle Management for the year 2010. Vice President (Technology) of Software Quality Leaders Incorporated, has more than 20 years of IT industry experience in fortune 100 companies. He brings a wealth of his experience in the wireless industry for the past 16 years, where he has been involved in mobile solutions for the enterprise and technology strategy in mobile application design, development, deployment and support globally
