William J. Deibler II has an MSc. in Computer Science and over 30 years technical and management experience in the computer industry, primarily in the areas of software and systems development, software testing, and software quality assurance. Bill has extensive experience in managing and implementing Agile- and CMMI-based process improvement in software, hardware and systems engineering environments. Bill is an SEI-certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser for CMMI. He has led over 30 CMMI assessments in a variety of organizations from small Agile-based to large Fortune 100 firms.
