As a small, innovative firm we formulated our suite of compensation and benefits plan through a series of long, in-depth and often philosophical discussions amongst the original founding team members. We set as our highest goal to create a compensation plan that focused on meeting the individual needs of the team member. The plan had to encourage entrepreneurism and fairly reward those that took risks, while simultaneously providing safe guards for our members’ financial futures. It also had to encourage, and allow for, a healthy work-life balance. We believe the plan outlined below meets all of these goals and more. We have an extremely innovative and transparent compensation plan; our salary and bonuses are among the most competitive in our industry. Additionally all overtime hours approved in advance by the customer are paid to the team member. Consistent with our belief in empowering our team members we allow everyone to customize their compensation package to suit their particular situations. As our software solutions are not one-size-fits-all neither is our compensation plan.
