Gaye joined Solberger & Smith, LLP in February of 2012 as office manager and accounting assistant. She is a "People Person" and will greet you with a smile and a pleasant word. Prior to joining Solberger & Smith, LLP, she worked for twelve years in the financial services industry as an office manager for a securities and insurance agency. She also has extensive experience in providing bookkeeping and payroll tax services. In her spare time, she does volunteer work for community groups here in Mobile, such as Volunteer Mobile and participates in church activities.

Karen joined Solberger & Smith, LLP in May of 2006. Her responsibilities include working with clients to provide the level of service that each business needs. She can help with new business start-ups, setting up QuickBooks, and one-on-one training, or if you just need someone to do it for you, she can process the day-to-day bookkeeping transactions and payroll. On a monthly or quarterly basis, she works with businesses that might have questions about how to record a transaction and she can assist them with reviewing and adjusting the books in order to analyze the business operations.

As one of the founding partners of Solberger & Smith, LLP, Donna has been practicing accounting for over 35 years, beginning in industry with The Pillsbury Company in 1979 as a rail accountant and moving in 1983 to public accounting, her true love. She was owner and manager of her own business until she and Jack Solberger, CPA began the partnership of Solberger & Smith, LLP in January of 1999. She earned her CPA certification in 1995.
