Solekai now has experience working with 10 customers in this business segment. Two of our customers are technology companies who build the networks, meters, DA, and head end infrastructure needed for an end to end solution. One of our customers is a System Integrator, working directly with the utilities to bring AMI, AMR & Smart Grid into their enterprises. Seven of our customers are Utilites. We have helped these utilities at every stage of the process, from evaluation before purchase, thru installation, training, maintenance and upgrade of their systems.

A company who specializes in securing and enhancing revenue for multi-screen digital TV services, asked Solekai to develop Marlin and PlayReady extensions to their existing, comprehensive conditional access system (CAS) that would support multiple clients using various Digital Rights Management (DRM) technologies. As a part of this process our team identified the mutually exclusive and overlapping features between their customer's head-end interface and the required DRM functionality.
