Acknowledgment - orders are acknowledged within 24 hours; the acknowledgment and catalog are the only terms of agreement we honor for the production of your order. Contact the factory immediately for any corrections, changes or clarification. Production Times - standard production times are 1-3 working days without ad copy and 10-12 working days with ad copy. Rush Service - rush service is available upon request with factory approval. If needed in less than 10 working days (WD) or 5 WD, add 10% or 25% respectively to the cost of the product (min. $35.00). Less Than Minimum - a quantity of one piece or more may be ordered for every standard item. Please use the first quantity price as listed in the catalog and add $ 10.00 for blank merchandise and $ 40.00 for decorated merchandise. Samples - Random samples - shipments totaling $10 or less, based on end quantity pricing (EQP) are provided FREE OF CHARGE with a supplied UPS shipping number. They are shipped the same or next business day and may be returned within 30 days for credit less freight charges. Speculative samples are billed at EQP and incur a set up charge. Shipment is made within 10 days. If an order of catalog minimum is procured, all charges for the sample are credited. For pre-production samples (see Proofs). Custom Products - as a manufacturer we offer totally custom products. Programming fees range from $80.00 to $100.00. Pre-order prototypes are $500.00 with $375.00 credited upon receipt of an order. Co-Op Policy - co-op's require written documentation (catalog or letter of intent) stating which products will be included. We offer speculative samples for photography at no charge (N/C). First orders are billed at EQP plus applicable set up charges, exact repeats are EQP (catalog minimum), release charge of $20.00, and an interval limit of not more than one year between orders. Prepurchased inventory - quantity orders can be prepurchased and released upon request up to one year from the original purchase date. Over/Under Runs - most orders ship at the quantity ordered, however all orders are subject to over/under runs of 5% invoiced; custom orders are subject to 10% variance. Prices - all prices are in U.S. Dollars. The product price includes one decorating method and a gift box or velveteen pouch (baskets are bulk packed). Quantity prices apply per model, per order, per shipment with combined quantity prices available on orders for $1,000.00 or more. All prices are FOB our Ohio factory. Postage, insurance, packing, special handling and/or prepaid shipping charges are added to the invoice. Prices, specifications and terms of this catalog are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to approval of the factory and are not binding until accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. The factory cannot be held liable for the inability to ship any order due to shortage of materials, parts, labor or acts of God. Cancellation - all orders are considered binding when acknowledged and cannot be canceled without written factory approval. If a cancellation is approved, the factory will bill all costs incurred to that point, including any and all preparation charges. $50.00 (x) minimum. Individual gift boxes - all products are individually packed in an attractive gift box or velveteen pouch included in the product price. Baskets are bulk packed. Special packaging can be designed upon request. Enclosures - customer supplied cards or other material can be enclosed in our products or inside its gift box. Each enclosure will be billed at $ .25 per piece. Please allow a minimum of 2 working days, after receipt, for the insertion of your supplied materials. Claims - any claim for damage or shortage must be presented to the factory in writing within 15 days after date of delivery of shipment. All damages must be reported immediately, preferably on the delivery manifest, to the carrier so that we may file a claim on your behalf.
