Solution Developers is dedicated to offering debt resolution to customers of nonperforming loans through creative payment and reduced payoff options. We acquire nonperforming loans at a substantial discount and then enter into an ethical and respectful dialog with customers of these loans. This conversation ’s goal is to find a mutually acceptable resolution to the outstanding debt. Partnering with the customer to find a solution rather than demanding payment or trying to leverage legal action best serves our interests. Most individuals whom have fallen behind on their obligations experience angry demands and threatening phone calls, our customers find an ally there ready to help them solve their problem. Our customers are able to resolve their outstanding obligation and begin the process of rebuilding their credit. While Solution Developers approach to the debt resolution business seems unique or novel, we are actually following the same methodology used by CFS who built a $3 billion debt resolution business using these principles.As a member of the Debt Buyers Association, Solution Developers is able to stay current on the changes that are taking place within the Debt Buying industry. We have developed relationships with several Loan Brokers who offer nonperforming loan packages across the US , this is useful as we do not expect to necessarily purchase packages within our own geographic area. Currently we are a registered Debt Buyer with plans on expanding the number of these relationships over the coming year.
