Solutions4MDs, Inc. was founded by Guy DeCarlucci, Trent Shelton, and Sonny Miller. Guy DeCarlucci is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Trent Shelton holds a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management and is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). Sonny Miller holds both a Masters in Business Administration and Health Administration (MBA, MHA). Among Mr. DeCarlucci, Mr. Shelton, and Mr. Miller, Solutions4MDs has over twenty-five years of experience in managing the revenue cycles, managed care contracting, financial analysis, reimbursement, and compliance operations for large and small physician groups. In addition, Solutions4MDs uses a number of different advisors in meeting the needs of its clients, including Certified Coders (CCS and CPC) and physicians.
