Lite Tracks is farm raised elk meat, raised right here on the ranch in Western Colorado. We provide our elk to Juicy Lucy's in Glenwood Springs, but you are welcome to buy from us for that special event, or have our elk at your reunion on the Ranch. Our bratwurst is all natural with not one nitrate, made by Continental Sausage, and you will love it! Call Mary or Terry for pricing, or to shoot a bull elk!.
