Our underwriters understand the business environment and financial implications of protecting our clients’ personnel and property. Our underwriting staff has extensive industry experience (an average of more than 20 years in the industry) to handle the unique and sophisticated needs of our producers and clients.

Our team of Loss Control experts, knowledgeable and experienced Underwriting staff, Japanese-speaking Marketing Representatives and responsive Claim professionals all work together to meet our customers’ individual needs. These claims are handled by a dedicated staff within the SJNKA Charlotte office. The Claims department, averages over 25 years of experience in reserving, containing costs, and the ultimate disposition of these most complex and highest valued claims.
