Our investment partner's assets are sold according to the strategic plan created as part of each property's underwriting process. We provide our investment partners with quarterly hold/sell analysis and establishes asset stabilization targets to inform the exit strategy for every asset, and we actively market and sell property for our investors in order to ensure their investment returns are optimized.

We specialize in purchasing opportunistic assets at a significant discount to replacement cost and maximizing profits by creatively attracting new tenants, new sources of revenue, and through adaptive re-use.
