Realizing that the ultimate goal of our business is getting our clients into the homes that they envision for themselves, we are completely flexible as to how we get involved with projects. Putting our clients first, we are prepared to provide any level of service requested to ensure client satisfaction. We can design and build or we can simply build. As with every home we build, every client relationship is unique. We have no set mold for client relationships or services. The only consistent feature for every client relationship is complete transparency. All clients see all contracts with subcontractors and will see all subcontractor invoices. As a client, you will pay your costs without mark-up and a separate pre-agreed fee to SBP for coordinating your project. In 2006, we established Sound Beach Millworks, a captive mill shop, that produces custom cabinetry. Having a captive mill shop enables SBP to control the design, quality and production schedules for clients.

SBP has in-house design services and has worked with many prominent architects ? including Jones Byrne Margeotes Partners; Richard Kotz; Ridberg Architects; Robert Joyce; Shope Reno Wharton; Wadia Associates; and William D. Kleinmann.
