Bill Parker is an active real estate investor and educator with over 11 years of investment experience. Bill’s knowledge of construction management and his experience in the Real Estate investing industry has helped him to become one of the leading real estate professionals in Southern California.

With years of experience in construction and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from BYU, Todd adds a wide variety of talents to the team. He holds a C8 construction license and before coming to South Pointe, was a concrete contractor. He grew up in the Bay Area of California and attended college with a baseball scholarship. He still uses that talent today as he coaches 7 to 10 year olds in youth baseball.
