South Sound Solar is seeking a full time solar technician or solar electrician to join our team immediately. Family owned and operated, we are full service solar installation company. As a member of the installation crew, you will be part of a close knit team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about renewable energy, is dedicated to the highest quality work, and will enjoy the fast paced work environment. On the installation crew, you will be expected to work out doors in all weather, ensure successful system installation, and work as a member of a team. Communication, passion, positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty are essential qualities.

South Sound Solar, along with other Washington solar installers, continues to invest time and effort working with the Legislature and other departments.

We wanted to send a note to our customers outlining what to expect over the next few months. Many of you know the process, but for our 530 new customers, this will be your first production payment.

We want to thank Mr. Haffner for his recent installation of our solar system. We had spoken to Mr. Haffner a couple of years ago after researching our choices and who had the most knowledge and experience in our area. We talked to companies from Pierce County as well as other providers in Thurston County and no one compared with South Sound Solar. After meeting Mr. Haffner we were definitely impressed with his knowledge and detail to the different options that were offered to us. Mr. Haffner is very careful to provide an accurate estimate and kept us informed with all the necessary steps including providing the necessary paperwork for our taxes.

South Sound Solar has done a wide variety of projects throughout the Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater areas as well as in greater Thurston – Lewis – Mason area. Each project is custom designed by our team to fit the needs of our customer.
