Mary Key, LMFT Mary is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She received a Master’s degree in Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine in 1999 earning the outstanding student award for her class. She also graduated Summa cum laude from Hardin-Simmons University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Prior to working for Southern Behavioral Services, Mary was employed by Secure Health EAP, Family Counseling Center of Central Georgia and was an Employee Assistance Program contractor on base for civilian employees of Robins AFB. In addition, Mary is passionate about serving the unique needs of military/public safety members and their families. She is knowledgeable in dealing with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship concerns. A variety of counseling methods are utilized to meet distinct needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution- focused techniques. Mary enjoys working with couples, families, and individuals and is experienced in working with adults, adolescents, and children.

The Clinical Evaluation is an assessment conducted by a Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) approved licensed or certified professional who is certified in the field of addiction. Betsy Mills, LPC, CEAP is an approved Clinical Evaluator for the DBHDD. With over twenty years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field, Betsy is available to conduct Clinical Evaluations.
Bruce received his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1984. A residency in Pastoral Counseling and further education in Marriage and Family led to a License in Marriage and Family Therapy. Bruce’s counseling integrates spirituality with person centered psychology. Having worked in several counseling settings, both private and public, hospital based and private practice, he has experience with multiple counseling needs. Bruce is skilled in working with addictions, adolescents, and phase of life transitions. His article, “Coupling”, addresses relational issues and can be found regularly in the Macon Telegraph. Active in his family, church and community life, Bruce currently serves on the state level as the Ethics Chair for the Georgia Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
