Description

Fail Telecommunications (FTC) founded INTOP Internet Operations in 1996, offering dial-up and dedicated Internet access in Jackson as well as local Independent Telephone Companies in Mississippi and Georgia. Later that year, FTC created Arriva Communications to offer Long Distance service to its customers. In the fall of 1999, Arriva and Intop merged into neXband Communications and began expansion of their service offerings.
