Southern Dining Resources takes pride in creating specialized menus that meet our client's needs. We provide the freshest quality food with southern flair. Founded in 2008 by two certified chefs, we believe that when it comes to the contract food service business, quality is more important than quantity. For us, it’s not about how many accounts we have, it’s all about the food we provide for our customers.

Firehouse BBQ was started in 1996 to help organizations across the south raise funds. It is known across the Southeast for providing the highest quality product and the highest quality service in the fundraising business. They start with the best meat, barbecue it in a way no one else does, and deliver it to your community, on time, and ready to eat. Firehouse Butts can be sold through schools, churches or organizations.
