Well, it doesn't always mean as much as you think. Many of today's grill manufacturers are just that, manufacturers. They may know how to make something and get it to market but it doesn't mean they know what makes a great grill. At SHP, we look for manufacturers that love to bbq, and understand what a good grill needs to be great. We've found that American manufacturers, especially those that are still family owned really seem to understand what grillers want; a wide range of temperatures, reliability, ease of use and great, real world warranty.

With more than 20 years experience in accounting, Deb pretty much handles our paperwork. She oversees the daily invoicing and scheduling of our installation and maintenance services. Deb is a mother of 5 and grandmother of 2. She's active in her church, working with teens for more than 25 years, even driving the church van to help transport them from event to event. And she's not nearly as mean as she looks.
