Southern Home Design is a full service design firm specializing in residential and light commercial buildings. We provide services ( House Plans & Stock Plans ) to both individuals and homebuilders.that are innovative, efficient, and beautiful for over 20 years. From preliminary sketches to construction drawings, we do it all! If you are seeking a design professional, please consider us for all your design needs. We will meet with you or your builder at your convenience. At Southern Home Design, we are committed to providing great service in a timely manner, which you deserve.

* Modifications.........A deposit is required & a signed contract to begin your modifications. Please call for pricing and additional information. * We provide custom designs. Our fee for a custom design project includes total sq. ft. of your project. All heated sq .ft. as well as unheated sq .ft. (This includes porches, garages, and decks) Please call us for additional information. * We can provide engineering for your project if it is required. We offer this service only in North Carolina and South Carolina. * We do provide ink, graphite, and color renderings of your new home that are suitable for framing. Please call for additional information.

If you have not found the “stock plan” that meets your current need, our professional team is available to create that custom design. We are prepared to meet with homeowners, builders, and developers.

Southern Home Design now offers stock plans. These are plans that have been designed by our firm and can be modified to meet the needs of your family and lifestyle. If you see a plan that appeals to you but you would like modifications made, feel free to ask questions. We will be happy to discuss with you whatever modifications are needed to customize a plan just for you and your family. Our plans are available to homeowners, builders and developers.
