The Company was founded by Andrew Cajka for the purpose of developing and managing independent and nationally recognized brands of hotels. Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry with corporations such as Hyatt and Stouffer Hotels. In shaping the vision of his company he engaged the work ethic and values of his brother John Cajka. John has over 20 years of experience with Marriott, Hyatt and Winegardner & Hammons management companies. Southern Hospitality has developed and managed franchise hotels with Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, USFS, and Cendant Corporation. The company has developed hotels in Nashville, TN., Greenville, SC., Charleston, SC., and Cleveland, OH. Southern Hospitality currently manages: Fairfield Inn, Myrtle Beach; The Residences at Biltmore, Asheville, NC; Wingate Inn, Brentwood, TN; and Hawthorn Suites, Greenville, SC. Southern Hospitality ’s vision is to be involved with projects that create long term benefit for their clients, partners and local communities. Southern Hospitality ’s enthusiastic management style allows them to direct each property towards success within the local market.
