Craig has more than 15 years experience in the construction, restoration and insurance fields. During that time, he has worked in the Atlanta market to build an award-winning restoration company from the ground up. He has worked with every major insurance company to aid their clients in fully repairing and restoring their properties from the effects of disasters. He is Southern Property Restoration's Qualifying Agent with the Georgia State Licensing Board.

Kevin, another 11-year veteran of the restoration business, grew up in Louisville, KY before moving to North Georgia over 20 years ago. He has experience in both sales and project management positions and takes great pride in providing excellent customer service and top-quality workmanship. His success is the direct result of focusing on communication and attention to detail. Kevin studied Finance at Eastern Kentucky University before beginning his career in restoration.

Clarissa has more than 7 years of experience in the Restoration Industry. She has worked alongside Craig O'Riordan since the start of her career in 2006. Recently Clarissa successfully trained a team who became nationally ranked as the top performer on a major insurance restoration repair program. She is proficient in managing Residential, Commercial, and Catastrophe claims. Clarissa is upbeat and energetic and will always greet you with a smile. Her passion is in helping others, and her goal with each interaction is to make each client feel as if he or she is the ONLY client.
