You will be asked to complete contact information about your company, sign specifications, estimated budget and additional comments that will help us identify the most appropriate signage solution. Design Phase Southern Sign Systems offers professional design services to help you decide the best solution based on your specifications and budget. Our staff is familiar with signage products and the application for each. Different materials can be used to create different effects. Southern Sign Systems' team will be able to identify what color, shape and texture combinations work well together. We welcome your participation in the design process. Southern Sign Systems will listen to your input and incorporate your ideas into the final layout. Once you decide to place an order with Southern Sign Systems, we will follow the process outlined below: -The client provides a simple drawing along with the content to be included within the sign. This can be as simple as sketching it onto a piece of paper. Initial drawings can be provided via email to artwork@southernsigns.us . Please call for additional clarification. -Our team creates a first pass layout from the provided drawing. The client reviews the layout, providing additional feedback if necessary. Your feedback is incorporated and the client will continue to review until we reach agreement on the final design. This step may take 1-3 client reviews. -The final approved design is created, fabricated, and ready for installation.
