Hello -- I just wanted to tell you that I am an extremely happy customer. I have had my beloved Coleman hot tub for over 12 years and have had to replace the cover a few times. (It is an outdoor tub in Michigan!) Most recently it incurred damage during a house construction event and, unhappy with the quality of cover I last received from my local tub dealership, I decided to search the internet. I have been e-mailing him back and forth the past few days with a problem and he has answered me with each time with a straightforward and informative answer.
