Sandy has over 30 years of experience in the cleaning industry. She formed SKS as a residential cleaning company in 1975 and expanded into commercial cleaning services in 1984. Besides guiding SKS, Sandy is active in her community, having served two terms on the Greenwood, NE Village Board of Trustees, nine years on the Greenwood (volunteer) Fire and Rescue Department and is Past-President of the Greenwood Parent Teacher Organization. She was elected to Outstanding Women of America, is a member of the National Association of Female Executives, The Omaha Chamber of Commerce, International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) and the YMCA.

Sparkling Klean Services (SKS) was founded in 1975 as a part-time residential cleaning service by Sandy Hammers. Today, a greatly expanded SKS (serving numerous businesses in greater Omaha) is co-owned by Sandy and brother Gary Wieker. (click name for bios) Sandy and her brother Gary have led the company to year-over-year growth of 10% or more for the past three decades.

It’s simple to say but much harder to deliver on a consistent basis over time: We provide commercial cleaning services. “Service” is the root of everything we do for our clients. By definition, the emphasis in on the client and its needs, not us and our self-interest. That’s how we do things. Over time, that’s how we build trust and confidence.
