Description

Tim holds dual certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA). In addition to his work at Spartan, he is currently enrolled at Bridgewater State College completing his degree in Exercise Science. Tim has been a full time personal trainer for eleven years, and has serviced hundreds of clients. Tim has personally participated in various forms of weight training, athletic conditioning, and a variety of sports continuously for twenty years.
