Spec-Rite Torque Converters warrants that each torque converter manufactured or re-manufactured will be free from defects in material or workmanship, if properly installed and serviced, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Diesel converters will carry a three (3) year/500,000 mile warranty. Any torque converter returned for a warranty claim must be returned to Spec-Rite freight pre-paid. Any product returned that has been dismantled, repaired or altered in any way by the customer or a third party will void all warranty. Spec-Rite will not allow credit for labor, downtime of vehicle, or damage caused by improper installation, inadequate cooling or lubrication. The buyer assumes all risks related to purchasing and installing a torque converter. Spec-Rite is not responsible for any damage to transmission. Any unsatisfactory unit returned and found to be defective will be replaced. It is agreed between Spec-Rite Torque Converters and the buyer that all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incidental to the purchase of a torque converter shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in Redding, county of Shasta, in the state of California, USA. Spec-Rite shall be entitled to reimbursement of all attorneys’ fees and other costs incurred in successfully defending or prosecuting any such litigation. No refunds, parts replacement only.
