We are proud to be a second generation family business serving the community for over 20 years! Jerry Thomas started Specialized Cleaning & Restoration Inc in 1992 in a small shop with one office. He started with one van, a few air movers and dehumidifiers.

Seth is the prime example of well done is better than well said. He started at Specialized Cleaning in 2001 as a technician and had worked his way through all area of the company. Today he is Operations Manager/Vice President and has managed projects over $2.5 million. His technical and personal skills are of the highest degree. "I may not have done it before but I am sure I can figure it out" is a quote by Seth that proves his attitude towards hard work and willingness to provide great service to his clients reaches beyond the desk.
