Description

We provide on site evaluation and consulting on an appointment basis. There is no charge for this service. For our out-of-state and Anchorage clients we will make weekend and evening appointments. We request the client furnish a plat of the property. We provide measuring devices, a right angle prism, and a transit/level to check ground elevations. We believe evaluation of the building site, surrounding property, drainage, site contours, future development, well and septic locations, accessibility, soil type and conditions, ground water table, electric availability, water well average depth and direction of the sun for south east exposure, are just a few of the site considerations that should be looked at prior to any site work and construction. Everyone needs to be on the "same page" and "same sheet of music" if we are to be successful and have a completed project that we are all proud of.
