Specialty Respiratory Services was founded in 1999 by Edward B. Steffner, RRT. Ed’s vision for this new company was that oxygen patients need not only to live but live well. Ed believes that oxygen patients should be allowed access to the lightest and most clinically appropriate oxygen and respiratory equipment available regardless of their ability to pay.
