Today, Spectral Systems is a limited liability company where Frank, Bruce and Carlos continue to be committed to its future success. Joining the team as the President of the new Spectral Systems LLC is Scott Little, whose focus will be on new business development and future growth and success of the company. Our renewed focus as an independent business is a drive towards total customer satisfaction first, but also in placing a high value and respect for our fellow employees. Why are customers first? The only true worth of a company is what it delivers to its customers.

Spectral Systems was originally founded by Frank Wesley in 1983 as a 2-3 person operation making very special optics for infrared applications. In its infancy, the company focused primarily on providing optical polishing services to customers involved in infrared spectroscopy. These customers were delighted with the quality and service provided, which drove much of the early growth of the Company. Carlos Guajardo, one of our first employees, was instrumental in achieving this reputation.
